Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, if for any reason it will take longer than this to dispatch your order we will contact you by e-mail or phone. To ensure that you receive your order with the minimum of fuss, we ask that you give us the correct address with a postcode and a phone number, and make sure someone can accept the delivery.

Notification of despatch of goods will be sent by email; customers are required to notify us of non-delivery within 14 days to facilitiate a claim otherwise goods will be deemed to have been received.

Cancellation

As per the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days (Monday to Friday inclusive) after the day of receipt of your purchase without penalty and without the need to give us any reason. However, the products must be returned unopened and unused and the return postage is your responsibility (unless the item was faulty). Goods received back in opened or used condition will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% of the order value.

On receipt of your notification of cancellation, the price of the products will be refunded to you within 30 days. If you fail to return the products to us within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the products after all. We are not responsible for non-delivery of returned goods and it is recommended that you obtain proof of posting and/or delivery insurance as appropriate.

If you wish to cancel your order or return your item please contact us by e-mail. Please quote your Order Number, the item(s) being returned, name and address. We will aim to respond to your email within 1 working day.

Faulty Items

If you do receive faulty goods please notify us immediately and we will arrange for them to be replaced.

Availability of Items

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product at all, we will arrange for a refund.
